Refund & Return Policy

At Panchanan Lucknow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

The following items are eligible for return or exchange:

• Clothing items with original tags attached
• Unworn and unwashed garments
• Items in original packaging
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Wrong items delivered

1.2 Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear, undergarments, and intimate apparel
• Altered or customized items
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Accessories like belts, wallets, and perfumes (unless defective)

2. Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within this timeframe with:

• Original purchase receipt or invoice
• Original tags and packaging intact
• Proof of payment

3. Return Process

3.1 In-Store Returns

To return an item purchased at our Ashiyana Market store:

1. Bring the item to our store within 7 days of purchase
2. Present your original receipt or invoice
3. Our staff will inspect the item
4. If approved, you'll receive a refund or exchange

3.2 Inspection

All returned items will be inspected by our staff to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our standards.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Different sizes of the same product
• Different colors of the same product
• Items of equal or greater value (price difference to be paid)

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

• Cash Purchases: Cash refund at the store
• Card Payments: Refund to the original card (3-7 business days)
• Digital Payments (UPI/Wallet): Refund to the original account (3-5 business days)

5.2 Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved:

• Cash refunds are processed immediately
• Card and digital payment refunds take 3-7 business days
• You will receive a confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

• Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of purchase)
• Provide photos of the defect or damage
• We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
• No questions asked for genuine manufacturing defects

7. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us immediately
• We'll arrange for the correct item to be delivered
• No additional charges will apply
• The wrong item will be collected from you

8. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

• Can be used for future purchases at Panchanan Lucknow
• Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
• Is non-transferable and non-refundable

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
